Terms of sale

1. Purpose

Awesome Lab offers, among other things, one-to-one coaching for tech freelancers and services in positioning, visibility, sales and professional follow-up. The exact content of the assignment is set out in the quote, proposal or summary accepted by the client.

2. Orders

An order becomes binding once the proposal is accepted and the payment terms are confirmed. Awesome Lab may decline a request when the proposed service does not match the client's situation or needs.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros excluding tax, unless otherwise indicated. The Ascension Program is offered at €2,000 excl. tax. A payment in 4 installments of €500 excl. tax may be offered at no extra cost, under the terms given when ordering.

Services begin after the order and the first payment are confirmed. Any late payment may lead to the suspension of the services and to the penalties provided for by the applicable regulations.

4. Performance

The client undertakes to provide the information and documents needed to carry out the service and to attend the agreed appointments. Deadlines may be pushed back when the client does not provide the expected items or does not attend the scheduled sessions.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Any request to cancel or reschedule must be sent to happy@awesomelab.io. The specific conditions that apply are those stated in the accepted proposal. Where the right of withdrawal applies, it is exercised under the conditions and within the time limits set by law.

6. Confidentiality

Each party undertakes to keep confidential the non-public information exchanged as part of the service, unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Intellectual property

Deliverables created specifically for the client may be used within the scope set by the accepted proposal, subject to full payment. Awesome Lab's pre-existing methods, materials, brands, templates and tools remain its property.

8. Liability

Awesome Lab has an obligation of means (best efforts). The client remains responsible for their decisions, for implementing the recommendations and for the accuracy of the information provided. No specific commercial or professional result can be guaranteed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable solution before any proceedings. Failing that, the jurisdiction rules applicable to the parties apply.
